How fast can you get here?
We set off right after your call. How long it takes depends on where you are and on traffic, and we give you an estimated arrival time during the first call.
How much does towing cost?
The price depends on distance, vehicle type and pick-up location. Short trips in Belgrade start at 4,000 RSD (about €34), longer ones are charged per kilometre. You get the amount before we set off.
Do you work at night and on holidays?
Yes, we work 24/7, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays.
Which vehicles can you transport?
Cars, vans, SUVs and motorcycles up to 3.5 tonnes, whether they run, are damaged or have no plates.
Do I pay anything on top of the agreed price?
No. The only extra is motorway tolls, if there are any on the route, charged at cost and agreed upfront.
Can you collect a car I bought abroad?
Yes. We collect vehicles in neighbouring countries and the EU and deliver them to a garage or your address.
